RETURN & REFUND POLICY

DO NOT return items without prior authorization. You MUST obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted and may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for returning the items to us.


DAMAGED, DEFECTS, OR SHIPMENT ERRORS

  • Damaged, defective, and shipment errors may be returned for replacement, full credit or refund.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or shipment error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods at [email protected] or call us at (510) 887-1899 
  • Please include the following information: 1) name, 2) order number, 3) contact phone number and email address, and 4) brief description of damage, defect, or shipment error.
  • Delayed damage requests cannot be accepted and opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • Before you ship your return, you must receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Unless otherwise requested, all returns must be done via U.S. Postal Service regular service.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.

OTHER RETURNS

  • If you would like to return your item(s) for a reason other than damage, defect, or shipment error, there will be a 15% restocking service PLUS the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  • Product must be returned original unopened package and in good condition.
  • When product(s) have been received and inspected as in acceptable condition, your purchase amount will be refunded less 15%.
  • Before you ship your returns, you must call to receive an RMA number, and return instructions.
  • Turnaround time for returns is approximately 2-3 weeks.
